Jean Carlos is a lawyer, author of the book “Online Dispute Resolution: How to Implement Access to Digital Justice?”, professor, PhD candidate in Procedural Law at UERJ, Master in Procedural Law from UERJ, member of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law, certified Green Belt (Lean Six Sigma), who joined the CGV team in 2006. Over his 19 years at the firm, he has worked in the areas of insurance, banking, and consumer law. Currently, he is part of the Special Cases and Consultancy team (CEC), advocating, among other significant achievements, the interests of Financial Institutions, e-commerce companies, and Public Civil Actions.
