<p>Marcos Fonseca is a lawyer with postgraduate degrees in Labor Law and Corporate Law, boasting over 17 years of experience in the labor sector, particularly in volume litigation. He has represented companies from various industries, including banking, transportation, security, retail, and healthcare. Since joining the firm in 2015, he has served as a coordinating partner and currently oversees the Labor Operational Management (Legal OPS) for all units, monitoring and analyzing key internal and client indicators. Marcos collaborates with the IT team to develop tools and procedures that ensure efficient service delivery, contributing to enhanced operational performance.</p>
